Terry Harvey – Chairman

Terry has over 35 years experience in the document storage, microfiche, microfilm and document scanning sector as well as diverse business and executive management experience. As the chairman of MISL Terry has always been keen to ensure that MISL is perfectly positioned to provide the right products and services to all our clients in an ever evolving market and so remains “hands on” in the business development.



Jon McKennon – Technical and Operations Director

Jon has over 16 years experience holding many senior positions and gaining excellent industry knowledge. Starting life in I.T. Jon gained extremely strong technical skills allowing him to set up exceptional operational environments. Jon prides himself on effective and clever management to get the very best out of the environments he operates in. Very much hands-on Jon is responsible for everything Technical and Operational alongside all commercial sign-offs.



Tom Fuller – Business Development/Account Manager

Tom joined MISL in April of 2017, bringing with him over 25 years experience within sales and account management roles in data capture and document management roles. At MISL, Tom is responsible for developing new customer relationships in new and existing markets whilst also further developing and enhancing MISL’s existing customer relationships – with a focus on providing an exemplary service to customers who require one or many of the document management solutions MISL has to offer.



Kirsty Dennett – Sales Manager

Kirsty has worked at MISL Ltd since 2004, previously holding the role of Production Manager for 8 years. During Kirsty’s time at MISL she has developed a wide range of management and technical skills, experience and knowledge in the document management bureau environment which, together with her exceptional commercial and customer service skills, she is now applying to her role Operations Manager.



Erika Kurtinaitiene- Financial Controller

Erika has joined MISL as Financial Controller in 2018, bringing skills, experience and knowledge gained working in a wide range of industries and studies. She is improving processes and reporting standards, providing clear financial advice and support to directors and shareholders, leading on-going training for her team and demonstrating the ability to adapt to and overcome challenges in the fast-paced and evolving market MISL operates in.



Georgina Chapman – Business Account Development Manager

Georgina Chapman recently joined MISL in April 2018. With over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management, Georgina is expert at building great relationships with clients and strives to always provide clients with the highest quality account management possible.



Kieran Tompsett – Business Account Development Manager

Kieran brings over 19 years of experience within the sales arena, having been a Sales Manager for many years. He has a demonstrable history of new business development as well as expertise in marketing and events management. Kieran brings a fresh approach to the MISL sales team and is focused on a very high level of client account management to ensure the very best for MISL’s customers – new and existing!



Simon Woods – IT Manager

Simon recently joined MISL in May 2018. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and having held numerous senior roles within large corporate companies, Simon brings a wealth of both technical and management skills to our business which has allowed him to hit the ground running here at MISL.
