COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – MISL are closely following government guidelines on safeguarding our staff and client well-being.

We have taken precautionary measures as a business to minimise our risks. Our business hours at present remain the same with updates on all our services below.

Collections & Deliveries

Key Worker & Critical

All services to Key frontline and critical service sites (e.g. NHS, Healthcare, Emergency services) are operating normally, but with additional hygiene and distancing processes in place. Restrictions, however, are in place for non-essential visits to MISL Ltd

Scanning Bureau

All digitisation services are operating normally and prepared for additional output, to support businesses during this time. This includes scanning, digital mailrooms and stored file on-demand scanning.

Secure Destruction

GOOD

All destruction and recycling services including paper, hard drives and assorted digital media are operating normally and continuing at our destruction centres, but with additional hygiene and distancing processes in place.

Phone lines are at a limited capacity, as a lot of our back-office teams are home working. We would recommend contacting the teams via email if you are unable to reach us by phone. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Meetings

SUSPENDED

All non-essential meetings and travel have been suspended, to help protect customers and staff. This will remain until stated otherwise. Again we apologise for any inconvenience, we hope you understand.
