Terry Harvey – Chairman

Terry has over 35 years experience in the document storage, microfiche, microfilm and document scanning sector as well as diverse business and executive management experience. As the chairman of MISL Terry has always been keen to ensure that MISL is perfectly positioned to provide the right products and services to all our clients in an ever evolving market and so remains “hands on” in the business development.

Simon Woods – Operations Manager

Simon joined MISL in May 2018. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and having held numerous senior roles within large corporate companies, Simon brings a wealth of both technical and operational skills to our business which has allowed him to hit the ground running here at MISL.

Kirsty Dennett – Sales Manager

Kirsty has worked at MISL Ltd since 2004, previously holding the role of Production Manager for 8 years. During Kirsty’s time at MISL she has developed a wide range of management and technical skills, experience and knowledge in the document management bureau environment which, together with her exceptional commercial and customer service skills, she is now applying to her role Sales Manager.


Georgina Chapman – Business Development Manager

Georgina Chapman recently joined MISL in April 2018. With over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management, Georgina is expert at building great relationships with clients and strives to always provide clients with the highest quality account management possible.

Tom Fuller – Business Development Manager

Tom joined MISL in April of 2017, bringing with him over 25 years experience within sales and account management roles in data capture and document management roles. At MISL, Tom is responsible for developing new customer relationships in new and existing markets whilst also further developing and enhancing MISL’s existing customer relationships – with a focus on providing an exemplary service to customers who require one or many of the document management solutions MISL has to offer.

Ewa Bicka – Accounts Manager

Ewa is improving processes and reporting standards, providing clear financial advice and support to directors and shareholders, leading on-going training for her team and demonstrating the ability to adapt to and overcome challenges in the fast-paced and evolving market MISL operates in.

Daniel Ryan – IT Manager

Daniel joined MISL in June 2019 and brings with him 10 years of IT experience. He has been working hard to make improvements to the way IT works within the business and has made a positive impact across the board. Daniel works closely with the Operations Manager and Quality Manager to ensure we continue to uphold the highest standards and maintain our ISO27001 certification.

Tony Bhoday – Quality Manager

Tony joined MISL in October 2018 and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in Records Management. Tony is responsible for developing, implementing and controlling business processes in line with quality standards; manages the internal audit program and provide continuous improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and best practices.

Daniel Harvey – Warehouse Manager

Daniel performs the role of Warehouse Manager. His duties include maintaining and overseeing inventory of all items required surrounding the warehouse areas and processes. He also helps to organise the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods. In addition, he is responsible for securing the warehouse and maintaining a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.

Anna Andrash – Technical Production Manager

Anna has 7 years of experience in document management, specialising in digital imaging and conversion, as well as working on many large offsite projects. Anna’s role within MISL is Technical Production Manager which means she oversees the delivery of your scanning by ensuring your data is of high quality and arrives on time and within scope.

Lyublyana Dimitrova – Bureau Manager

Lubbie has been with MISL for 4 years and is responsible for the daily running of our bureau. This ensures all data received is prepped at the highest quality and passed on to be scanned. Lubbie works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the effective daily running of the bureau. She is also responsible for gathering statistics and for documenting workloads as they are processed.
