Stage One - Collection

To begin, we arrange for the retrieval and transportation of documents from your offices or practice using our internally managed fleet of tracked vehicles. Additionally, for the more extensive projects, a collection timetable is organised to accommodate your schedule.

Stage Three - Scanning

Next, our experienced technicians conduct document scanning in either black and white or color, exporting the digital images to your preferred format, such as PDF. Additionally, electronic records are precisely indexed based on information such as date of birth, reference number, or any other specified reference. Moreover, you have the flexibility to choose the scanning quality, including the desired DPI (dots per inch).

Stage Two - Preparation

Secondly, upon arrival, all boxes undergo booking into our internal tracking system and are then transferred to the production area. Here, each document is meticulously prepared for scanning, including the removal of paperclips and staples through manual processes.

Stage Four - Delivery

Finally, your electronic documents are seamlessly uploaded to the cloud, providing flexible, remote access and efficient document management. Find out more about our EDRM Software. Alternatively, you have the option to access the data via SFTP or receive it on an encrypted hard drive delivered to you. Generally, the physical data is returned to your premises, securely disposed of, or stored with us, depending on your preferences.
