MISL offers comprehensive scanning and digitisation services for large format documents of all types, including oversized A0 documents of unlimited length. Our large format document scanning services allow you to convert your large format documents into digital files, making it easier for you to manage and share them securely.

Our scanning services are available in Black & White, Greyscale or Colour for any size, with up to 600 dpi available even in colour. We use advanced scanning technology and highly trained staff to ensure that each document is captured accurately and securely.

We understand that some large format documents can be thick and delicate, which is why we use non-contact rollers to scan such items, ensuring that they are not damaged during the scanning process. With our scanning services, you’ll benefit from improved accessibility and sharing capabilities, as well as faster and more efficient document retrieval.

Once your mail has been expertly digitised and securely stored, you have the freedom to choose its fate. We provide two options:

Mail Return

Should you wish to have your original mail items back in your hands, we’re ready to assist. You can request the return of specific documents or packages to your designated address, ensuring you have physical copies when needed.

Secure Disposal

For items you no longer require, we offer secure and eco-friendly disposal services. Your sensitive documents are handled with care, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

To offer you greater convenience and flexibility, we keep the physical copies of your mail securely stored for a period of 30 days after we’ve shared the link for digital access via email. This extended timeframe allows you to reconsider your decision, change your mind, or make arrangements for mail holding until your return.
