Please take a few minutes to have a read through some of our outstanding testimonials:
‘MISL are our approved document management supplier, and as an organisation we use them throughout the year to assist us with converting our paper files into electronic formats. We always receive a high quality service from them – our options are explained at the start of each project, costs are clearly communicated, and once the job is agreed the turnaround is very prompt. Their customer service is of a high quality and we appreciate our customer/supplier relationship.
Greg Whelan – Financial Controller
“MISL is our strategic partner for the scanning of our legacy case notes as part of our project to digitise medical records across the Trust. The Trust had previously worked with MISL on a smaller scale to archive patient notes, but the scale of this project was bigger than either MISL or the Trust had undertaken before. MISL and the Trust worked together closely to determine the workflows from medical records to the scanning bureau to allow the timely scanning of both historic notes and paper content being generated through clinical contact on a daily basis.
As with any large scale project, there were issues, especially at go-live, but MISL were extremely proactive and professional in working with the Trust team to overcome these issues.
After 6 months of live running, availability of scanned notes is higher than the availability of paper notes before the system went live, and every day MISL are able to ensure that every set of notes sent to their bureau has been scanned and uploaded to the EDRM system.”
Will Smart – Director of IM&T at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust
‘I have found MISL a very good company to work in partnership with, they all have a can do attitude and they are solution focused.
I do not think I would be anywhere close to having scanned in excess of 20,000,000 images to date with any other supplier. Especially when you consider the standards we demanded.
I would recommend MISL to anyone with a large back-scanning requirement as a good long term partner.’
Keith Bartlett – Print and Postal Services Manager
‘One of the elements of the Isle of Man Governments Digital Strategy was the creation of a Digital Health Record for the Department of Health and Social Care. A Key objective of this programme of work was to find a reliable and experienced partner to back scan the departments library which consisted of approximately 15 million sheets of paper.
After an extensive and comprehensive government procurement process we chose MISL who were partnering with a local company for this objective.
I have no hesitation in recommending MISL for any large and complex scanning programmes of work.’
