Each collection is tracked meticulously from your premises to our facility, where documents are securely held and logged upon arrival. From there, they’re moved to our scanning team to begin the digitisation process.
Documents are scanned precisely to your specifications as outlined in the initial quote.
Files are digitised in your preferred format, then passed to the indexing team for further processing and organisation.
Our indexing team organises your digital files, ensuring clarity and consistency by removing any unnecessary marks.
If requested, we can also run optical character recognition (OCR) to enhance searchability. Files can then be uploaded to a device or cloud solution for easy access.
We offer multiple access solutions for your digital files:
Files can be returned on external media, uploaded to your dedicated cloud system, or stored on a local device that we can either host for you or set up to manage independently.
Scanned physical files can be stored securely at one of our CCTV-monitored warehouse facilities, or, if preferred, returned to you in the same condition as collected.
If physical files are no longer needed, we can securely shred paperwork and, if applicable, conduct military-grade wiping before destroying any external media devices for total security.
